We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, under our 'no quibble' policy, if you wish to return the goods then please do so within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Please note that goods returned under our 'no quibble' policy must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of the goods being received by us.

Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please quote your invoice number, name, address and telephone number with all returns. When returning goods, we recommend you use a 'signed-for' service, as proof of posting cannot be regarded as proof of receipt. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with; if these details are not supplied there may be a delay in your card being refunded. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that we cannot refund or credit washed/worn items unless faulty. Please be certain of your choice before washing or using. Returned goods must be clearly marked "Returns"and posted to: Close Parent, PO Box 211, Hertford, SG13 7ZF .

Faulty Goods

We guarantee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will either

1. Replace faulty used products as long as they were purchased within the last 6 months, or
2. Provide a refund or credit note for unwashed, unused items in original and re-saleable condition, returned within 28 days of purchase.

**We will require proof of the purchase date so please keep your receipt.**

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Before you send goods back to Close Parent Ltd please contact us by telephone or email for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorisation) code. We will then send you a Returned Goods Information form to be completed and returned with the goods. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
